These terms cover using this website and our free-build offer. They are written in plain English. Webwright is a sole trader web design business based in Western Australia. If you become a paying client, the separate service agreement we send you sets out the full terms of that work, and it takes priority over this page.
Who we are
When these terms say "we" or "us" they mean Webwright. You can reach us any time at contact@webwright.com.au.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse this site and send us an enquiry. In return, please do not misuse it: do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it to do anything unlawful. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
The free-build offer
We may build a free sample website to show what we can do. That sample is exactly that, a sample. Offering or showing it does not create a contract, does not commit you to pay anything, and does not commit us to keep it online or to build the final site. A paid project only begins when we both agree the scope and you accept our service agreement. Until then there is no obligation on either side.
Pricing
Any prices shown on this site are a guide and can change at any time. The price that applies to your project is the one in the written quote or agreement we send you. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to build at a fixed price.
What you send us
When you send us details through the form, you confirm the information is yours to share and is accurate. How we handle what you send is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, design, code and branding on this site are ours and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. The Webwright name and look are ours.
Links to other sites
This site may link to other websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their terms, and a link is not an endorsement.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that the information on it is complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, this site. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this site is always the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
